Newsletter Privacy

When you opt in, we save your email address, the time and source of your signup, and the consent you gave. We use this information to deliver TruePoint Restoration’s monthly home-care newsletter and manage your subscription.

Our database stores newsletter signups separately from service requests and partner applications. Signing up for the newsletter does not request emergency service or sign you up for marketing text messages.

Our hosting, database, and email service providers help us process signups and deliver email. We do not sell your newsletter signup information.

You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter or contact us at help@truepointrestoration.com to request removal. We retain subscription preferences so that an unsubscribed address is not added back by a repeat form submission.

For spam prevention, we temporarily retain a one-way, keyed identifier derived from the connection’s IP address. This identifier is separate from your subscriber record.
